Business License Fees apply to all business in town limits. These are annually updated per the business license ordinance and not included herein. Please visit the Business Licensing page for more information.
NOTE: These include 1-4 family residential rentals, multi-family rentals, and nightly lodging rentals, but exclude one parental home rental.

- Refundable Cleanup Deposit Fee of $100.00 on all non-permanent signs*
- Real Estate sales and yard sale signs are exempt.
- No form of signage can be placed without property owner permission.
Historic Preservation/Other
| A fee discount of 50% shall apply to any permit fee for any Historic Preservation site (structure 85 years or older) or agricultural. |
| No fee shall apply for owner initiated Open Space Conservation Status (same as prior year). |
