Penalty Structure
Delinquent business licenses are subject to a $25 administrative processing fee and a 15% penalty for the first month of delinquency. An additional 5% penalty will be assessed for each subsequent month (or portion thereof) until all outstanding fees and penalties are paid in full.
If you have already started or completed work within town limits before submitting this application, you will be contacted with the total amount due, including any applicable penalties.
