New Businesses must obtain approval from Town Hall before continuing with payment.
Business License fees are required for all business with a gross revenue over $1000 annually within town limits.

You MUST enter the same Gross Revenue you provided on your Business License Application. If we find a discrepancy in the fee paid due to error, delinquency or falsified information, you will be responsible for the difference, which may include penalties. Penalty structure is as follows: $25 administrative fee plus 15% penalty for the first month delinquent, with an additional 5% penalty for each subsequent month, or portion thereof until all penalties are paid in full.
